When we open, every product will be 100% original, with its batch code shown on the page.

Arriving Soon — The Lineup

Serum · Water-based · 30ml / 60mlNiacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%

Formulation: 10% niacinamide (vitamin B3) + 1% zinc PCA.

For blemish-prone, congested skin. High-strength niacinamide helps balance the look of sebum, enlarged pores and uneven texture, while zinc PCA supports clearer-looking skin. Suited to all skin types.

How to use: a few drops on the whole face, morning and evening, before heavier creams.

ARRIVING SOON
Serum · Water-based · 30ml / 60mlHyaluronic Acid 2% + B5

Formulation: Hyaluronic acid at 2% in several forms and molecular weights, with a crosspolymer, plus vitamin B5. Current versions also add ceramides.

For dry or dehydrated skin. The mix of hyaluronic acids supports hydration at more than one layer of the skin, vitamin B5 adds surface hydration, and the look of fine dry lines is softened with regular use.

How to use: a few drops on the face, morning and evening, after cleansing and before oils or creams.

ARRIVING SOON
Toner · Water-based · 100ml / 240mlGlycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner

Formulation: 7% glycolic acid (an AHA), pH approx. 3.6. Previously sold as Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution.

For dullness and uneven texture. Glycolic acid loosens dead surface cells, so skin looks smoother, brighter and more even with regular use. Not for sensitive, peeling or compromised skin.

How to use: no more than once a day, preferably in the evening; wear sunscreen the next day.

ARRIVING SOON
Peeling solution · 30mlAHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution

Formulation: 30% AHA blend (glycolic, lactic, tartaric and citric acids) + 2% salicylic acid (BHA), with hyaluronic acid crosspolymer and vitamin B5.

A 10-minute exfoliating facial for deep exfoliation. The AHAs work on the surface while salicylic acid helps clear pore congestion, leaving skin smoother and brighter. Not for sensitive or damaged skin; it increases sun sensitivity.

How to use: up to twice a week, in the evening, on clean, dry skin. Leave on no more than 10 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water, avoid the eye area.

ARRIVING SOON
Eye serum · Water-based · 30mlCaffeine Solution 5% + EGCG

Formulation: 5% caffeine + EGCG (a purified green tea polyphenol).

For dark circles and puffiness in the eye contour. Caffeine and EGCG together help reduce the look of puffiness and under-eye pigmentation. Suited to all skin types.

How to use: massage a small amount onto the eye contour, morning and evening.

ARRIVING SOON
Serum · Water-free · 30mlRetinol 0.5% in Squalane

Formulation: 0.5% retinol in a squalane base (water-free solution). Moderate strength.

For fine lines, uneven tone and texture. The brand suggests building up from its lower-strength Retinol 0.2% in Squalane. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and not to be combined with other retinoids.

How to use: a small amount in the evening, after water-based serums and before heavier treatments; avoid the eyes and wear sunscreen by day. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 months.

Which Ordinary Serum Is Right for Your Skin?

Every ordinary serum is built around one active ingredient at a stated strength, so choosing well starts with naming your main concern. Use this guide as a starting point, introduce one active at a time, and patch-test before applying to your face. It is general information, not medical advice.

Acne and oily skin

Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% is the usual starting point. Niacinamide helps regulate the look of excess oil and visible pores, while zinc supports blemish-prone skin. Apply a few drops morning or evening after cleansing. If it stings, use it once a day and moisturise afterwards. For stubborn clogged pores, the Glycolic Acid toner or AHA 30% + BHA 2% can help, but only occasionally.

Dry skin

Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 binds water at the skin’s surface and suits dry or dehydrated skin, including oily skin that feels tight. Apply to slightly damp skin and seal with a moisturiser so the water stays put. Dehydration and dryness are different things, so pair it with a richer cream if skin feels flaky.

Dark spots

Uneven tone responds to patience and gentle exfoliation. Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner, used a few evenings per week, helps shed dull surface cells so marks look less obvious over time. Daily sunscreen is essential here: without it, spots return, and sun protection matters more than any serum for pigmentation.

Dullness and rough texture

Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner is the lineup’s smoothing option for a tired-looking complexion. Start with two evenings a week, avoid using it with retinol on the same night, and expect skin to be more sun-sensitive. The AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution is far stronger: up to twice a week, in the evening, for no more than 10 minutes, and not for beginners.

Aging and tired eyes

Retinol 0.5% in Squalane is a moderate-strength option for fine lines and uneven texture. Begin two nights a week with a few drops and build slowly; dryness and flaking in the first weeks are common. Avoid it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and wear sunscreen by day. For puffiness and dark circles, Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG is designed for the eye area.

Sensitive skin

Start with Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, the gentlest formula in the range. Introduce Niacinamide next, on alternate days. Avoid AHA/BHA peels and higher-strength retinol until skin is calm. If you have rosacea, eczema or broken skin, ask a dermatologist first.

Original vs Fake — Why It Matters

Counterfeit skincare is a real problem in Pakistan. Fake The Ordinary bottles circulate on social media pages, marketplaces and in local shops, often priced well below genuine stock and sometimes in near-perfect packaging. The risk goes beyond wasted money: a fake serum may contain the wrong strength of an active, contaminated ingredients or irritants that cause breakouts, burns or lasting pigmentation. When a label says 10% niacinamide, you need to trust that number.

That is why OrdinarySerum.pk will sell original, imported stock only, and plans to publish each product’s batch code so you can cross-check it against the bottle you receive. We would rather sell fewer products and be certain of each one. Original stock costs more than the fake market, and we will not pretend otherwise.
